Books by Dr. Carter
  SHEPHERDING THE SHEEP
An in-depth manual for Pastors, Associate ministers, Ministers of Education and church staff persons. A practical guide to assist persons who have to teach a Bible lesson, want to know how to do Biblical counseling, insights into the ministry of visitation, church administration, enlisting and equipping members for ministry, how to prepare and listen to a sermon, understanding the form and function of worship services.
TESTIFYING OR TESTILYINGALL THINGS THAT SOUND TRUTHFUL ARE NOT
All things that sound truthful are not helps you to have a discerning ear so that after you have heard the words from the mouth of the testifier you can determine its Biblical truthfulness.  Words are neutral constructs. They can inform and empower or they can inquire and insult. The difference they make is not in their deliverance but in the hearer's ability to appropriate the truth from the false.  Testifying or Testilying is designed to be a hearing aid so that once you have heard the truth you can be a witness.
THE BATTLE IS THE LORD'S: A PASTOR'S MEMOIR
An autobiographical prospective telling the story of a man of God who was prepares, nurtured, empowered, trained and educated in the Lord's house to engage in spiritual battle. Pastoral problems and their biblical solutions are given in the prayerful hope that others can avoid my pitfalls or at least have the wisdom and knowledge to get through them.
